Our aim

We built this site to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, and we test it as part of every change we make.

What that means here

Text and background colours are checked to meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 for body text, measured on the rendered page rather than assumed from the palette.

The site works with a keyboard alone. Focus is always visible, and the menu can be opened and closed without a mouse.

Headings run in order, images carry alternative text, and form fields have labels that are properly associated with them.

Text can be enlarged in your browser without the layout breaking, and the page never scrolls sideways on a phone.

If you have asked your device to reduce motion, animations here are switched off.
