Droptimize audits, rebuilds, and watches over websites. To do that we collect a small amount of data, we are upfront about who we share it with, and we never sell your data. Full stop.
1. Who we are
Droptimize is a product of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers droptimize.org and the Droptimize audit, rebuild, and Audit Watch monitoring services. If you have questions, reach us through the chat bubble on any Droptimize page.
2. What we collect

3. How monitoring works
When you add a site to Audit Watch, our monitoring system periodically fetches that site and re-runs the audit, then compares the new results to the previous ones. If scores, security headers, or uptime change in a way that matters, we send you an alert. We only fetch and analyze the sites you have asked us to watch, and only sites you have confirmed you are authorized to monitor.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small set of trusted service providers to run Droptimize. We share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Google PageSpeed Insights - the URLs you submit are sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate the performance, SEO, accessibility, and best-practices scores that power our audits and monitoring.
- Stripe - payment processing.
- Cloudflare - hosting, security, and storage of your submissions, audit history, and subscription records.
- Resend - transactional email (audit results, receipts, and account notices).
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep submission records and audit history for as long as we need them to run the service or your Audit Watch subscription, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Short-lived technical data, such as rate-limit counters, expires automatically. You can ask us to delete your data and close out your monitoring at any time.
6. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete your data and cancel any monitoring.
- Export the data you have given us.
To make any of these requests, contact us through the chat bubble on our site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California). We honor those rights for everyone.
7. Age and intended use
Droptimize is built for businesses and professionals and is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the site and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of Droptimize after a change means you accept the updated policy.
